You’ll find us near the North Lombard Transit Center with easy access from I-5 and multiple TriMet routes. We accept most major plans (incl. Aetna, Regence BCBS, Moda, Providence, PacificSource, CareOregon, Medicare, United, and more), and offer both in-person and telehealth visits so you can start sleeping, breathing, talking, eating—and feeling—better.

take Exit 306 to Lombard St westbound; continue toward St. Johns.

– MAX Yellow Line to North Lombard Transit Center
, then a short walk on N Lombard.

– Bus 75 – Cesar Chavez/ Lombard
serves Lombard all day, every 15 minutes most of the day.
